Mandy

Well. My name is Amanda, I'm 22 years young, and married to the love of my
life. I have already had what seems to be a life-full of experiences, and
I'm ready for more!
So far, I've served 2 1/2 years for my great country, but had to be
discharged because I'm what you call "accident prone". How I even got into
the Army is a mystery to me! LOL. I've been out for 3 years now, but wish I
could still be in. I loved it; it was my favorite job I've ever had.
I have also been a Mary Kay consultant. That was probably one of my most fun
year and a half of my life. But it just wasn't working out because I didn't
have the numbers in my favor. Oh well. There's always next time! :)
I worked for the State for just about 2 1/2 years, but on May 29th (after
only a week of being married!), I got laid off. Stupid economy.
As noted, I'm a newlywed. Unfortunately, I've only spent 3 days with my new
husband since we've been married. Mitchell is in the Army, and currently
stationed at Ft. Benning, GA. I would move down there and be with him, but
he's getting out soon, so there's no point in packing up for an undetermined
amount of time.
I have 2 dogs, Dixie and Stewie (yes, I know. I'm a dork. But I *love*
Family Guy!), but altogether in the house, we have 7 dogs. Yup. 7 dogs. I
live with my in-laws, in a doublewide, of all things, and this is the
rundown of who lives here. 5 humans - me, M & F in-law, and my
brother-in-law, Sean, and Sean's friend CJ, even though he doesn't
"technically" live here. He's just here every morning when I wake up... -
and the 7 dogs. Our smallest dog is a yorkie-poo, so he doesn't take up much
space, and the largest is a full grown Great Dane. Talk about cramped! But I
wouldn't change any of it. I love my life.
