Jen

I am a 42 year old Rhode Island native, married, with three children. I work full time in a bank, and then it's home to endless mounds of laundry and other chores. I love nothing more than drinking a cold Guinness whilst sitting on my porch with our old black lab at the end of the day.

I spent several years taking freelance photos for our local newspaper before giving up on the idea of becoming a photojournalist. My favorite photogs right now are Elliot Erwitt, Constatine Manos, and Robert Maplethorpe. Currently my favorite photography book is "Old Dogs are the Best Dogs" by Michael S Williamson.

I imagine that participating in this project will help me appreciate and
focus on the small moments of my life. As John Lennon said "Life is what happens to you when you are busy making other plans."
