This salad marks many new things! It is the second photo I took with my new
camera. I finally saved enough money and felt it was time to get a Digital
SLR. I got a Canon rebel T1I. I carry around a Canon power shot SD750 so I
am sure a lot of photos will still come from there. But for now this is fun!
I took so many photos today it was so hard to choose one.
The salad also represents my goal of eating Healthy! Whole foods, not
processed! I started three days ago cutting out all white sugar, flour,
chocolate and any other stimulants. I am sure you will be hearing more about
all of this as this year goes on. Its been 6 months now of really trying to
figure out what my body needs I lost 30 lbs in my goal of losing 70, and I
am not giving up. I think I am on the best track I have ever been on. Then
again not eating chocolate might be the biggest challenge I have ever
faced!!
