I couldn't sleep because I was so enraged over an article in the paper.
(Probably also because of the huge cup of coffee I had at 7pm.) I ended up
getting out of bed and writing a very furious and cathartic letter to the
editor, followed by cake. Then I fell asleep. Cake fixes all.
