I am so mad at myself. I fell in love with the wrong house. It's not in
the best location, it's 30 years old, it's on a busier street... and I still
want this bloody house.

My house is WAY over 100 years old so 30 seems like nothing! Is this the one you've been wanting or something different? That's a cool brochure btw! When do you have to be out of the condo?
This one was a fluke we added on to the list to view at the last minute. It's a cool house, the location is so so and as an investment it's not that great, but the space, and the layout make me sqwee. We don't have to be out of the condo until December 28th but we were hoping to be in somewhere before Christmas.
