She can tell you the difference between a brachiosaurus and an apatosaurus.
She can sing the alphabet backwards. She has a laugh that never fails to
make me smile. She has an uncanny ability to know when someone needs a hug.
She is stubborn and tough and has an independent streak a mile wide. She’s
fearless and will climb anything, giving little thought to how far off the
ground it is - and she will jump when she reaches the top without batting an
eye. She sings along with the radio and can remember the artist and name of
most songs that are in rotation these days. She is imaginative and funny and
quirky and amazing.
She is so much more than some stupid assessment given by people who didn’t
take the time to get to know her.

Sounds like quite an amazing girl you've got there. Lucky you and anyone else privileged enough to know her.
I looooove your assessment.
I love this picutre. I feel like I'm right there with her. And she DOES sound amazing.
She is so much more than what they saw. That's what parents (and family and friends) are for in this busy, results-driven world - to really see us & know us & love us as we are.
Lovely photo. Keep on being what she needs you to be.
May she continue to be as strong, independent, fearless, and wonderful as she is today.
I have little faith in the results of "assessment tests". There are so many important things that those kinds of tests do not recognize.
With all of her strengths and your love and support, it sounds like there's no stopping that kid!
Beautiful words and a graceful photo, too!
