My dad took this picture while I was driving. From about South Carolina
onwards it was pissing it down with rain on and off, here we are in the
southwestern part of Virginia. When the rain would stop, the countryside in
VA was some of the most beautiful we'd seen on the drive (which involved a
lot of boring highway!), as you have the Appalachian Mountains running
through the Western part of the state.
