How interesting to start over again at photo #1...

This is the silverware that we bought at Target tonight, for my stepdaughter to bring with her later this week, to use in her college dorm. I was overwhelmed with emotion, a bit, as I washed it to get it ready for her to use. I'm going to miss that little girl who I met just over 12 years ago at a picnic wedding reception for two people who her dad & I worked with. I love that I somehow got to be a part of her childhood, to watch her grow & become the young woman who she is today. How lucky I have been to know her!
