Halloween was my first day of Phlebotomy class, it went really well! I'm
very excited for this new career opportunity for me, and I cannot wait to
see where it goes! To celebrate my successful first day- I made Spanakopita!
It's my favorite (non dessert) Greek dish my family makes, this is my first
attempt 100% on my own and it's still really yummy!

Gaylynn- Spanakopita translates to spinach pie. It's filo dough, spinach, and feta and a few other yummy ingredients! :)
