The new (well, new to me) desk I scored off of Craigslist for $15. Dinged up
but solid and frickin' sturdy wood! It's been commandeered for a sewing
table for now until my mom and I move into our new, 2 bedroom apartment. My
plan is to eventually sand the dings down, paint it a sagey green and
replace the drawer pulls with something prettier, maybe in a pewter finish.
But right now, she's a diamond in the rough!
