Lilith has taken an interest in this project over the last year and wanted
to be in on this upcoming year. Since she is only 11, I turned her down but
see no problem with her doing it herself. She now has her own little blog,
under mine, to post her pictures for the next year. We will see how she
does!

Trying to get this damn thing up and running again. I finally got it to boot
off a flash drive and got Puppeee installed on it. This is the first time
that I have ever installed Linux onto a pc and I am pretty damned excited
about it!

Caught her mid laugh. She will be crawling soon as she has started getting
on her hands and knees and then rocking back and forth. (Good grief there
are a lot of "ands" in that sentence!)

This is just a small portion of my backyard. It is covered in glass, nails,
screws, and various other sharp, pointy things. When we moved in, we were
told that it would be cleaned up. Now, 3 months later they are saying that
they will not be cleaning up the backyard and that they specifically stated
that they would not be doing it. Thankfully, the landlord/tenant act is
helping us out here and we have served them with a notice. If they don't
clean it; we will be hiring a contractor to do it for us and be taking the
amount off of rent. It is uber frustrating since we really can't let the
kids play back there for fear of them getting hurt

bought for her for orchestra.

We had cake and ice cream with a few of the neighbor kids today for Isis's
