For the last day of summer camp we visited an organic dairy. If you drink
Horizon Organic milk it may have come from this cow!!

He FINALLY got the splint off. The leg is a little weak yet and kind of
wobbly. He's like a little baby pony.

Belle has been cuddling with my boots. I am sure she misses our time at the horse rescue, I know I do. She used to get so excited when she saw my boots she'd get so excited! She was a great ranch doggie.

The sweet old boy hangs out in the parking lot at the nursing home
sometimes. I see him once in a while.
I didn't see him today until I nearly RAN HIM OVER.
He seem completely unfazed by his brush with death and let me take his
picture.
Sorry, dude. I'll be more careful next time.

Oh hai! We got baths tonight. We're nice and clean and happy. Bridget and
Robin Two are coming to see us! We can't wait!

those little piggy were fiting for a place . So much that big mama had to
get up 3 times to calm them.

Once a year, there's a big exposition here in quebec city. And every year,
we go with the kids. The funny things is that it's the kids who's running
everywhere, but it's me who end up tired!!!

This is Murphy - he lives across the street from us. Fences and gates are
merely interesting challenges to him, at times. Today, he decided to come
over to visit our dog, Charlie, just as I was about to leave to pick my son
up from his oboe lesson.

She is such a sweet kitty.
If I lay down on my bed for a nap during the day, she'll come up beside me
and rest her head on the pillow with mine.

The weather is soooo good right now. Perfect for being outside chatting
with our neighbors. This little fellow stopped in for a drink too!

My daughter's father has a trail cam set up on his property and has been
getting some great wildlife shots. He emailed this one to me today and I
could have taken a picture of it on the computer monitor, but cheated a bit
and this is his actual photo. I think the camera is triggered by movement
in front of it. Love the spots and spindly legs on those two little fawns.

Rixi is the sweetest of the 6 German Shepherds I've had over the years, and
all because of a certain man. He has taught her to give wonderful
greetings, encouraged her to be affectionate, and spoiled her with love,
treats, and toys. That's one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for
me.
