My son went to the school garden and came home with a zucchini. We
decided to make chocolate cake with it. His excitement was worth
getting all the baking stuff out an hour before I needed to make
dinner. The bonus? The cake is delicious!

Do you have a recipe you can share? I've got a giant zucchini at home just waiting for something to be made out of it, but disguised enough so the kids will eat it! If the recipe is online, can you post a link to it? THANKS!

I got the recipe here. I made it in a bundt pan instead of a square pan.
