Goddamnit. Eleven over, and I'm never good at asking for professional
courtesy outright if it's an officer I don't know... though a lot of
times the cooperative relationship between police / fire / emergency
medical services here would get me out of the ticket.
I couldn't throw it out there today either. (sigh)
