Finally, after a big day of work around the house, this is my favorite
moment of the day. A very hot bath, with a milk-amarulla drink, a good
book, and candles. I love a hot bath because I have had fybromialgia
since I was 18, and hot water is the only method that I have found
that makes my muscles relax ( I don't want to take medication for
that). To make it work, I have to come out completely red!!! But it
works.
