I had a tiny victory today. My boss is a very nasty, very unforgiving,
incredibly high maintenance man. He does nothing for anyone, ever. He went
to London on Monday and I sent him an email that just said, "bring me back a
magnet". He got it briefly before he left and didn't say anything, I figured
just like all of my other requests and demands it went in one ear and out
the other. He came back today and threw the magnet at me. It was a stupid,
cheap gesture, but I guess it means he doesn't hate me as much as he lets
on.
