Not a pretty picture or even one that is interesting. But...this will be a
battle ground between me and my husband over the next few months. He must
be part reptile or something - he's so cold natured. It was 60 degrees
outside yesterday and when I got home, I could smell the tell-tale smell of
the heat. Yep...he's already turned the heat on. From now until spring,
we'll fight over this issue. I'm not normally hot natured but he wants the
house so warm that I end up sweating thru most of the winter months. You'd
think there would be a compromise in there somewhere but so far, we've not
found one. I thought I had a few more weeks until this battle began.

My thought? There's nothing you can do if you're too hot other than sweat and suffer. If you're too cold, you can put on a sweater or wrap yourself in a blanket. Tell hubby to get some warm clothes and turn the heat to what you want it to be. =)

My husband and I argue over the heat all the time too. I like to be cold and don't mind adding on blankets, while he has to be hot all the time. Freaks me out.

Though seriously, I usually just win :)

Good luck with your battle!

I generally feel as if I am in the midst of a perpetual hot flash and Terrance tells me that hes freezing...

That sounds like my battle at work. He is always fine with no A/C or heat. He has the doors wide open when it's cold. When it is cold he wants no heat. When it is hot he wonders why I am turning on the A/C. I don't get it.

Good point on what was said......if your hot, what can you do? If your cold, you can put on clothes. Tim and I agree on the temp for the most part. We both have it on the cooler side in the house if for nothing more then it costs too much to have the heat cranked up!!
