It dawned on me that I have been walking around with clenched fists. It
accompanies my left eye twitch. I will realize walking through the store
that my fists are like this -- finger nails stabbing the palm of my hand.
The tension and stress are out of control right now. And it sucks.

Careful not to dig them in too hard. I have little half-moon shaped scars on the palms of my hands right now. I didn't realize I was clenching my fists so tight during my Aunt's funeral. At the end of it, I realized what I had done when I saw the blood.
