Pittsburgh drivers make me CRAZY. You'd think drivers in a town with as many
rivers and bridges and mountains would be less stupid about having to go
through tunnels, but you'd be wrong. A tunnel means everybody stomps on the
brake and slows to a crawl. 21 mph on the highway is unacceptable!

As a former Pittsburgher, I know exactly what you're talking about and it used to drive me crazy, as well!
