I love this photo! I'm trying so hard to figure out what part of the building this actually is. It doesn't really matter, though. The swirling railing and window (?) are just so mysterious!
I leaned back over the railing on the second floor and pointed UP - the building is 4 stories and used to be (until very recently) married university housing.
Honestly, It reminded me a bit of how I feel in the Guggenheim!
