I know it's disgusting. I'm a radiographer, and I'm pretty sure I caught
this wart on the foot of one of my numerous patients. It's been almost a
year now that, every month, the dermatologist has to burn it, and every time
it's really really painful.

Try putting a drop of turpentine on it every night before bed. It'll be gone in a week.
