
Today it's tourtière day, a family tradition. Tourtière is like a meat(
chicken, pork, veal and potatoes) pie. The kids were asking for the excess
of pastry, and the play with it about an hour. I never thought my kids would
be asking for more flour at this age...

We went to cut our christmas tree today at a farm on teh west island and they were cooking up the tourtiere filling in a giant vat ....Oh, it smelled heavenly.
I bet yours was even better!

we do ours with bison and beef or beef and pork. no potatoes. :)
i'm making it for the first time ever for our company xmas potluck. i usually get one from my mom or grandma every year at xmas. mmm. meat pie!
