I'm cooking wild goose to take to my guy's family feast on Thanksgiving.
I'm going to marinate it for several hours, and then cook it in the crockpot
overnight with plenty of garlic. Here's hoping it will turn out to be
tender and tasty enough even for those who have never tried it before (which
is almost all of the people who will be there).
