The first of many edibles to be prepared for Thanksgiving. One of my
favorites...lemon meringue, minus the meringue. I never liked the merginue
very much so i started leaving it off. This pie will join a pecan pie, sweet
potato cobbler and if i get really crazy, a pound cake.
