Ooo! That may be! Where I live just about anything grows so we have no real idea what it is... Hmmm... pecan...
I've been hit in the head by something similar...but I am sure pecans don't live in Montreal.
i agree -- it looks like pecan. they've got that green husk, which peels off & the regular shell & nut are underneath. we get beaned by them all the time!
