As Pam called it on Facebook, Mt. Washington. This is before the last 5 loads were done. Holy crap!

Can you spot the boy?

This is pretty much everything we own, including blankets and towels. As it goes we normally wash what we need for the week and everything else sits until it gets taken care of. Today I decided EVERYTHING was getting taken care of. I ran out of money and still have about 4 loads to do, THAT will be next Wednesday.

It is all piled on top of a desk and Eli's stroller, so it looks like more than it is, but it is still an overwhelming amount and will probably take a good three days to get it all folded and put away.

We hate laundry, and maybe in a few months we will actually be living somewhere with a washer and dryer in the home. I like to think that would make me keep up on it better, but in reality it will make no difference at all.

It's easier to do laundry when you don't have to go out to do it. For us, I try every morning, when I woke up, to do a load. It's the best way to not end up with big amount of clothes waiting.

That is so funny. I wouldn't have spotted the boy had you not said anything. Only cried tears of sympathy and empathy at your laundry situation. I know it all too well!
