Big stinky compost heap!
Located in the gardens of Tom "The Spiceman" Spicer of FM1410 in Dallas. He
grows a ton of produce behind his place in Old East Dallas (in the middle of
a quite rundown area of town). He supplies a lot of restaurants in the
area. And he'll pick up their kitchen waste for the compost heap, to help
grow the next crop. This heap has been cooking for 9 months!

Morgan said today we should start a compost pile. At first I said, 'um, no' then I thought maybe we should and try a little garden in the spring!
Wow that man is very smart!! First I love local suppliers to restaurants! For some reason the food always seems better. The fact he goes and grabs the waste to help grow more veggies. Very impressed!
