dance of anger. reading it for class. it's a good read... not one i'd pick on my own... but very interesting. and i think all women should take a gander.... it discusses our patterns of anger and teaches us how to use anger in a productive manner.
I tried to read this several years ago. Ironically, I was too angry to get much out of it. All I wanted to do was take the book and hit someone upside the with it.
This was the first book my beloved Therapist in New Hampshire had me read. I was deeply depressed and turning all of my anger inside - making me also very very ill (shingles, pneumonia and strep throat that the antibiotics wasn't helping)
I honestly don't recall a Ton about the book, except that it helped at the time. Or that could have been the Prozac.

i mean, there's SOME productive stuff in it. but i'm just glad its for a class. i might have chucked it if my shrink told me to read it...
