How you can tell the baby has grown out of the bucket seat: when you can't
fit both her and her winter coat actually inside the buckles, and the coat
becomes a blanket! Time to upgrade.

If it makes you feel any better the manufactures recommend that they don't wear a winter coat and to cover them in blankets instead
