so, after a miscarriage last christmas, this whole pregnancy thing has got
me completely freaked out this time around... i have had a minor "issue"
that isn't helping me feel any better. well, i rented an at-home doppler to
help put my mind at ease, but haven't been able to hear any little heartbeat
in there for the past couple of weeks. they say it normally isn't closer to
10 weeks, but that didn't stop this crazy woman from trying.
well, today, at a little over 8 weeks, i finally heard that precious little
"schwa schwa schwa schwa schwa " that is the most beautiful sound in the
world :) why, hello baby!!!

I did the same thing after a miscarriage, and then got back a weird amnio test.
All is fine, she is 12, and perfect. I always want to pass along the fact that somewhere in my pregnancy, after all of the start up drama, I had a completely peaceful feeling come over me (I was walking to my car in a parking lot) and my mind told my body "everything is fine"
and it was. I hope you have that moment, you will never forget it.
