This is a photo of a little tiny green craft ball with googly eyes
glued to candy cane skis. That's the short version. The long version
is that I collect things that are related to peas (no, not PEE..
peas). My husband, before we were dating, lived several states away
from me. He knew of my love of all things "pea" and one year for
Christmas he bought hundreds of these little green craft balls in all
sizes and glued EACH INDIVIDUAL googly eye on EVERY SINGLE ONE OF
THEM. Then, glued some of them to skis, some of them onto little tiny
sleds, etc. Then, found some battery-powered miniature Christmas
lights and shoved all the peas into a box, turned on the lights,
closed the box, and shipped it to me here in Pennsylvania. Did I
mention this was before we were even dating? Yeah - he's pretty
amazing. :)
