A purchase made with mixed emotions. Rixi generally does not come
when called, and worse yet, she goes the other way. Training with
this electronic collar will hopefully correct that very frustrating
and sometimes dangerous habit.

nothing more frustrating. Our old neighbors REALLY didn't want to put a shock collar on their dog but it would get to the point where he would just run and not stop...period! They ended up having to buy a really strong scary shock collar. now they can just show the remote and he will stop in his tracks. The collar off...He knows it. Hopefully your pup will be better trained then that crap dog!!

Understand the mixed emotions....

in our case, we try to reward a lot when she do something great. And we try to do some training on basic thing ( sit, down, here, stay, foot) almost every day. whe also change a lot our voice tone. The basic command is a regular tone, a bad thing is a loud and grave tone voice, and the good thing is like a baby tone, and when she obey, we exagerate a lot. so she learn that if she wants to have the attention, she has to be a good girl. Not easy, but it works. Hope the best for you. good luck

I don't really love the thought of those collars either but if she isn't listening and going the other way - you don't have much choice. She seems like a smart girl - I'm sure she will learn quickly.
