I break down and go buy a proper bed. With proper pillows.
I spend nearly two hours trying beds and pillows before choosing.
I suppose as I am nearly 40, it is time to stop sleeping on the same pillows
and mattresses I had in 1995.

Live it Baby, Live it. I waited TOOO long.
I can't believe your pillows were that old! I'm anal about chnaging them yearly after watching an Oprah show (I won't go into the details, except to say that it grossed me out).
Yippee for a new bed!!
