This is a copy of some paperwork I had to turn in today, stamped with the date. I did NOT get a copy of the paperwork verifying my address that I turned in in early February, the result of not getting a copy of THAT paperwork?

Oh let me tell you....

I am on what is called the Diversionary Work Program, a program run by the state to help people find work. While I am on this program (4 months) the state assists in paying my rent by sending a vendored rent payment to my landlord each month, I make up the difference.

The assistance office lost the address verification form I turned in somewhere between the receptionists desk and my workers office that is located about THREE FEET down the hallway. My address was never updated so my rent payment got sent to the old apt. and the old apt. fucking CASHED it.

This is what this means, the money that is intended to help keep a roof over my and my childrens heads while I look for a job and work through almost getting MURDERED is going instead to pay off some of the bill that the man who tried to kill me has.

Can you wrap your head around this? I cannot.
