Today, while Will was at preschool, I visited Bagdad cemetery. It's one of
the film locations from "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre". The cemetery dates
back to the 1860s. Used to be out in the boonies but there's a huge amount
of growth happening around it.

This place is creepy. I don't get creeped out in cemeteries. And really
not in full daylight with cars driving back and forth on the street. But
the older section? Gave me the willies. No particular reason it just did.
I was constantly looking around to see who was looking at me. I swear I
heard a person whistling. I know the difference between birds, street noise
and a person whistling.

Usually I'm excited and enjoying myself, thinking my deep thoughts about all
the people who helped settle the area. But today when I was wandering the
older section I was just uncomfortable and a little freaked out. I may try
going back with a companion, but I'm going to need to get my courage up.

Hey Gaylynn,

Yeah, the original TCSM cemetery scenes were filmed there.

My guess is that you were probably feeling the creepiness for a reason. There could be some not-so-great energy floating around in there - heheh, maybe the Massacre people liked it for a reason! :D
