Another perfect day spent with my dad and step mom...... First they came
over and brought me some birthday goodies, then we were off to drop off 39
of my dad's tires (that he had laying all around his property) at a place
that was having tire turn in day for a buck each...... which is a great
deal! After that it was out to lunch and then 4 hours of work on my dad's
property. We burned two more heaping trailers full of rotted junk wood then
got all of the rest of the scrap metal out of his woods that we were able to
lift by hand. My step mom and I think of it as our bonding time. We really
get shit done when we put our mind to it.............still SOOOOO much to do
around there!

Andrea, My dad is my EVERYTHING....xo and so is that little lady of his.... Dispite his cancer, these last few years have been some of the best years spent with him. Marie, one day when we start to tackle cleaning out the barn, you can come sit up on the top of the ladder and yell commands through the mega phone. OMG thats going to be a project! Perhaps I should call the show "Hoarders" first........maybe they will do it for us.. lol!
