My Kohlrabi are ripe...tiny but ripe!

Bridget - It's a veggie. Kind of like a radish, turnip or cabbage heart but with a mild flavor. You peel the skin and eat 'em raw. It's best to get them when they're smaller otherwise they kind of "woody". I like them with salt. I guess you can cook them but i NEVER would!
