I told Ant on PS that I wanted the recipe for the fried scallops - since you are my hook-up for recipes!
And I will say it again: that looks amazing!!
Whops, sorry Sheila, I think I mis-read your comment, it was fairly simple salad with some scallops in virgin olive oil, no sauces or anything else used at all :)
