A blurry cell phone photo of Will's toe. When he dropped the drawer on his
foot yesterday, he got a big blood blister under his big toenail. We went
home in the middle of the night because he was. not. sleeping. Then we went
to the doctor this morning. She 'evacuated the hematoma'. This involves
heating a paperclip in a flame until it's very hot. Then using it to make a
hole in the toenail. This works like a charm. The swelling has gone down
and the discoloration behind his toenail is pretty much gone. Hopefully, I
can actually spend one whole night here at this great resort.
