We used to call this the "white house" until K (and MJ's Nathan) painted it
green. Now we just call it the junk house. It is one of our rental
houses. WHY WHY WHY we ever thought owning was a good idea is beyond me.
It is a royal pain in the butt! This house was built in the early 1940's
and is about to fall down. We've evicted more people from this house than
not. It has been vacant since June. FINALLY some one has rented it and
will be moving in this weekend. I swear, K has spent half his summer here
trying (in vain) to fix it up and make it more desirable.

It actually doesn't look too junky in th epic, but I'm sure you have some lovely tenant stories. :{ Every time I get some hair brained idea to purchace some little place to rent out, I just have a 5 minute chat with basically any landlord and my mind is instantly changed. There ARE a handful of wonderful renters..the key is just to find them..........near impossible, I'm sure!
