I am a gym junkie but these last few days I want to come here at lunch
instead. I decided life is too short not to, so I sit on my bench and relax
again today. I think my soul needs this peaceful time.

ohhhh...i so wish i had a beach to go to on my lunch hour!!! i wouldn't feel one bit guilty!
