My yoga mat - there's a great site (and yoga studio in Santa Monica) called
yogaglo.com - for a fee each month you can take unlimited classes from their
website and they are really well designed for the home practitioner.

I just need to be doing something in the evenings, since I had to quit my
gym I have become way too sedentary!
