Been there, done that. Major pain indeed. But my 21-year-old is actually proud of her cooking abilities now (she's got her friends beat), so stay the course!
Totally worth it, though. And they will remember doing it with you.
BUT worth it!!!
It also pays to make them do laundry! LOL
Laundry we accomplished long ago!
