It was a corn and black bean pie...the crust is bisquick, milk, eggs and salsa. The flash wouldn't stay off so it looks better in this pic than in real life.
I tried a bite or two and it just tasted burnt. So gross.
Sorry, I did the same thing last night with a pizza!!
I'm a bit ADD, and I'm always burning stuff. I've gotten used to the taste of burnt. LOL
