If you look closely, you'll notice the teapot & the one mug are missing
handles. The other two are cracked throughout. We had to mail these home,
and obviously the post offices in UK & US don't understand the word
"fragile". Ugh!!!

you didn't realize the definition of "fragile" was "throw it harder than a regular box" obviously.
