Fuck Qwest! I have had internet service with them for 6 years. I moved and
they didn't cover the area I was in. So I had to Cancel with them. Well a
month after not having service with them they Fraudulently took out $175
from our bank account which there wasn't enough so that made us in the
whole. In the whole with the bank for 4 days, food is needing to be
purchased. Today I found the charges have been reimbursed but now we have
$204 in over draft fees. WTF they can't clear them until they show the fraud
in my favor. AWESOME! It will be nice to go shopping and finish paying
bills!

Report them. If it was fraudelent I'm sure your state's attorney general's office would like to know.
I have it all squared away now. They admitted fault and said the fastest way for me to get my money back would to put a claim in with my bank. Wasn't able to do anything until the status was no longer pending in my account. Just hope by the end of this week things will be as if it never happened!
I'm so glad to hear it. There's nothing more frustrating than fighting with a BIG company.
I hate Qwest. I'm so glad to be rid of them.
