Nooo, it looks perfect to me! I love thick soups. Yum yum YUM.
This is always my issue too - I never seem to get the broth to rice/pasta ratio correct....
But I am thinking that this and some crusty bread and salad would be PERFECT leftovers
Nothing wrong with thick soup, but you can always add a little broth if you think you need it. Looks yummy!
Yeah, it could probably use a bit more broth (or beef bouillon). It's really colorful, though. Looks quite yummy!
